This plan of an oceanfront parcel at the north end of Pacific City includes the design of the Cottages at Cape Kiwanda, Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, Inn at Cape Kiwanda, and the Pelican Brewery. The master plan was designed for a twenty-year buildout that creates a thriving mix of lodging and commercial space, all of which focuses on the oceanfront setting.
