Rose Villa North Pocket

Cottage-style neighborhood added to senior living community

North Pocket is part of Rose Villa Senior Living’s Phase 2 of improvements to its 22-acre campus. The neighborhood is comprised of eighteen cottage-style homes stepping down a hillside, surrounding a garden landscaped using butterfly and bird attracting plantings. The sloped site provides views of the Willamette River and allows the residences to be stacked, ensuring each is single level and accessible. Every cottage opens to the outdoors and has either a patio or a covered deck. Design touches like gable roofs, solid wood front doors, vibrant exterior paint colors, and interior spaces filled with natural daylight create a warm and welcoming place to call home.
