10 Barrel Brewing pubs are all about the art of making beer—from exposed brewing systems to materiality inspired by the industry, each neighborhood pub offers guests an immersive experience. SEA worked closely with 10 Barrel to bring pubs to several locations, including Portland, Bend, Denver, San Diego, and inside Portland’s Moda Center. We incorporated recognizable brand features like reclaimed barn wood, a connection to the outdoors, and the beer-making process in each space. We also spent time in each place to understand the local context and made sure that our design wove in pieces from the new neighborhood, bringing 10 Barrel’s unique identity to new markets while still integrating into the area’s commercial fabric.
