All have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, pendant lighting, vinyl plank flooring and oversized windows. Also, 16 units feature Ori Studio technology – a cost-effective housing solution, where at the touch of a button spaces transform for sleep, work or entertaining.

On-site amenities include a resident lounge, a coffee bar and a courtyard with a firepit and grills. The community also has 1,972 square feet of commercial space; a Filipino bakery, Shop Halo Halo and Daphne’s Botanicals moved in recently.

CloudTen Residential will handle all leasing and management for the property. The firm now manages more than 30 properties in Oregon or Washington.
