25 Things We’re Looking Forward To
2023 was the year we celebrated our 25th year in business. To kick off this milestone anniversary, Founding Principal Sid Scott reflected on his favorite moments in SEA’s history as he grew his one-man shop into the firm it is today. Now, as the year comes to a close, we are looking forward. We have some exciting things on the horizon, including a new leadership team beginning January 1—more on that in early January, don’t worry!—clients and projects that keep us inspired, ground-breakings and ribbon-cuttings, and all the in-between moments we spend together learning, growing, and having fun. We asked our new leadership team to share what they’re looking forward to in 2024, so as we close out our 25th year, here’s our final list of “25”.
Learning something new every day
After surpassing our 2023 initiative of “25 Acts of Giving”, continue the energy of volunteering for non-profits throughout the year
Smiling at the groundbreaking ceremony for a project that we spent months designing as the shovel hits the dirt
52 weeks of Donut Friday
Working as a new leadership team to strategically progress the firm forward in meeting our goals
Pressing into sustainability and further incorporating it into our work
Offering mentorship and developing meaningful partnerships with local women- and minority-owned businesses
Spending time listening to our client's stories and discovering how we can translate what we learn into beautiful spaces
